This cider is made annually in small batches from a blend of specially selected apple varieties. A traditional Nova Scotia approach is used where apples are pressed with each harvest at peak ripeness and allowed to ferment slowly over the winter months. Then with time to mature this premium blend develops its own distinct depth of flavour that tells the simple story of the season and the orchard from which it grew. No sugar added, unfiltered, and fermented dry.
